*Rudy withdrew on me during a phone
conversation of September 28, 1984 wherein I told him that it
was "bullshit" that Haig Berberian's deposition was not being taken, "because we're not ready to do so." (Larry Drivon would tell me the same thing several months later) Rudy ended our discussion as follows: "I don't want to hear any more of your ‘malarchy.'" Folks, no one ever had any intention whatsoever of deposing Haig. And Berberian Mystery Theatre is showcasing the "malarchy" to
which Rudy was referring.
